Week 2: Elements and Principles of 2D and 3D design communication and colour
In the image on the left I was intending to capture the 'space' of my area. The image on the right is the colour theme that Adobe Capture has created for me.
Adobe Capture has created a really interesting colour theme for me, which was taken from the image on the right, which displays bollards. I really like this colour theme as it displays plant life in an urban environment.
The image on the right displays how colour can be used within the Built Environment. It can simply point out the different between a general waste bin and a recycling bin. Adobe Capture has also created an interesting colour theme for this picture as it has pointed out colours that I didn't even realise were in the photograph.
I have chosen Discipline as my dataset. The three words that I have come up with that relate to Discipline are:
Field (of study)
Specialty
Practice
The image on the right came up when I searched 'Field' and I though I would use it as I really liked the colours and thought it would make a great colour theme.
The image on the right came up when I searched 'Specialty'. I liked the image as it displays the different specialties within a discipline. It also provided me with a good colour theme.
The image on the left came up when I searched 'Practice', and visually displays that practice makes perfect through colour and shape. I really liked the simple colours that were used to create the image and I also thought that it was a good visual representation of practice.
